The Courtyard area is located adjacent to the Backroom and boasts a beautiful atmosphere of natural beauty. It features a late afternoon shaded grassy area, as well as a large open grassy area to the north of the building. The vibe of summer can truly be enjoyed here.

Fees

$1250.00 for 12 hours

Hours of availability 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Day of occasion.

$500.00 non-refundable reservation deposit due at the time of reservation.

$500.00 damage/nuisance/cleaning deposit (refundable if venue left in the same condition it was found, and no damage or nuisance occurred while client and guests were on-premises)

Remaining reservation deposit due 30 days prior to the occasion

Extras

Rehearsal Time prior to occasion. Must be scheduled and approved in advance by Steele-n-Jo’s. $150.00 an hour.

Microphone & Stand:$ 25.00

Corn Hole Boards: $20.00 per set (4 available)

Canopy with lights: $50.00

Canopy w/o Lights: $30.00

Black Stone Grills: $75.00 each plus cost of full propane tank (2 available)

Small Traeger Smoker: $75.00 plus pellets Patio Heaters: $50.00 each plus cost of full propane tank (2 available)

Port-a-Potty: Must be ordered 1 week in advance. Current contract rate from Vendor applies
