The Amphitheater
The Amphitheater is located on the south side of the property and accommodates up to 250 people. The Amphitheater is an awesome location for weddings, casual gatherings, parties, corporate gatherings, and barbecues.

$800.00 non-refundable reservation deposit due at the time of reservation.
$500.00 damage/nuisance/cleaning deposit by check (refundable if venue left in same condition it was found and no damage or nuisance occurred while client and guests were on-premises)
Remaining reservation deposit due no later than 7 days prior to the occasion.
The Backroom
Located in the north end of the building, the Backroom area is a perfect area for corporate team-building, board meetings, birthday parties, anniversaries, weddings or baby showers, and just about any occasion for smaller groups.

THE COURTYARD/GRASSY ARENA
The Courtyard area is located adjacent to the Backroom and boasts a beautiful atmosphere of natural beauty. It features a late afternoon shaded grassy area, as well as a large open grassy area to the north of the building. The vibe of summer can truly be enjoyed here.

Venue Policies
A credit card is required to hold reservations for damages/nuisance policy
Sales Tax is Charged where applicable.
No hard liquor in licensed areas or without insurance policy in place
No Parking along Bone Road or on adjacent properties. Parking is available on the south side of the property.
The damage/nuisance fee is refunded if the site is left in the same condition as when you arrived and no nuisances occured during event.
No Outside Food or Drink (unless an approved catering contract is in place)
